Entretanto, numa panela junte com o azeite, a abóbora e 4 colheres (sopa) de água. Refogue, mexendo de vez em quando, até a abóbora ficar al dente. Junte a salsa, o sal e retire do lume. Bata no processador (ou com uma varinha mágica) o queijo ricotta, os ovos, o leite e o sal. Distribua a abóbora sobre a massa e espalhe o creme. Volte a por no forno até o recheio ficar firme. &lt;/span&gt;litro de leite magro ou leite de soja (sem açucar)&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;sal (ou melhor ainda, uma colher de molho de soja) e pimenta preta&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;salsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; picada ou cebolinho qb&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Modo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; preparação&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;Cortar os alhos franceses às rodelas finas. Descascar as batatas (se precisar) e cortá-las em pequenos cubos Num tacho, com a manteiga/azeite, estufar os alhos. Acrescentar sal/molho de soja e deixar cozer +/- 10 min ate os alhos ficarem moles. Juntar o leite (de soja), pimenta e as batatas e deixar cozer com lume baixo, mais ou menos 10 minutos. Triturar com a varinha magica e servir com salsa &lt;span&gt;picada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span&gt;ou&lt;/span&gt; cebolinho.
